On a few occasions Michelle expressed her opinion that she didn't think a house was our style even when we were considering it. Michelle also called homeowners and sent out a mailing to the neighborhoods we were looking in to see if anyone was considering moving. We eventually found the perfect house and the only hiccups were on the seller's agents lack of attention to the deal. My only wish is that every agent would work as hard and attentively as Michelle.

The negative experiences we encountered were with agents that have too many listings and not enough team members. We worked with a junior team member on the other side of the transaction and never met the person on the sign that was allegedly responsible for the transaction. I would highly discourage anyone from using an agent that has numerous listings. I would strongly recommend anyone to use Michelle Berman. Commissions today are the largest cost in a real estate transaction therefore you deserve the type of attention that we received from Michelle.
